Customer support shall be better

Ive subscribed to Matgzer Gold subscription right away when it became available. It worked really well from get go! However in the past couple of months it does not deliver whats promised: a lot of magazines simply dont load up. Customer support does not follow up beyond standard emails like "please reinstall your app" which does not help at all. Im quite disappointed and considering to cancel the subscription and go back to other similar providers.
