The app itself is much improved but the customer service is still non existent. If you have a problem with the app or a subscription, at best you will get a canned response. I never got any response that addressed the problem I had with a subscription that didnt last as long as I purchased.
The app is still too busy. You have to wade through too much garbage to get to your magazines. Many of the magazines are not us to editions but instead are versions from India with missing content.
