Unbelievably poorly thought out

I can read magazines with this app. However, it is plagued with authentication problems. It is trying to sell me Magzter Gold when I already have it.
Downloading new magazines is very sluggish. You will receive an email about a new magazine issue thats out and then you go into the app, and it may be there, it may not be. If it is there, you may toggle between the main image and where you download, and it wont go until you toggle it a few times. I find myself just going through each and every magazine to get new issues. It is not a smooth process. One would think you could see easily which magazines have new issues. And program it to download them on wi fi when available. I have been using this app for quite some time. I enjoy the magazines. However hoping that someone will get their act together and actually write a realistically functional program for this seems to be a pipe dream.
