Have been trying for a while to reconnect my magazine subscription with the app and never connects. I believe it’s forcing me to pay a higher price and then it would reconnect. In that case, time to stop my subscription.
Two recommendations for you: Fix the app, or better yet - scrap it and please discover what customer service is about. I know there is no such thing as customer service nowadays (never really was such a thing), but if you want to make a difference in your business, discover what customer service is all about.
Again, time to cancel and go somewhere else.
