The app works fine but one should compare to other magazine reader apps, like Apple Newsstand, Zinio, etc. If you have Magzter open and you switch to other apps, usually, Magzter will restart and forget which page of which magazine youre currently reading. If you just close the Magzter app, itll also forget your last read location. Thats not the case for most magazine apps. This is very disappointing.

Doesnt allow login with fb!!! Pleae fix this issue.

Impressing

Downloaded the app and bought a magazine. Next time I logged in the magazine was not in Purchased section. I tried to restore purchases - but unsuccessfully. The purchase was also not available on my other device. What a disappointment and waste of money!

Customer s revive is horrid. The app leaves a lot to be desired as well. Its not very user friendly at all especially in terms of help.

Latest version doesn’t seem to work with iPad in offline/airplane mode. All I got on a recent flight was black pages, regardless of magazine. That’s very frustrating since the primary reason I have this app and the gold membership is so I can read these magazine on flights. Fix it.

Ive subscribed to Matgzer Gold subscription right away when it became available. It worked really well from get go! However in the past couple of months it does not deliver whats promised: a lot of magazines simply dont load up. Customer support does not follow up beyond standard emails like "please reinstall your app" which does not help at all. Im quite disappointed and considering to cancel the subscription and go back to other similar providers.

To be honest I really enjoy this app because of the simple and intuitive layout it has to offer. If you compare this to a regular magazine , this is exactly the same but more convenient. If there was one thing I would change it would be to make it free.

I am not pleased with this apps false advertising of 6,000+ magazines, when the more mainstream U.S. magazine titles are not included with your gold subscription, and a rather large percentage of your "6,000+" is actually articles and/or periodicals. For example, I downloaded the app mostly for Cosmopolitan magazine, only to find out my subscription does not include Cosmo and to read even one issue, they want to charge me the retail price. Thats ridiculously misleading! I will finish out my free trial and cancel immediately.

Seriously you want to talk about intrusive advertising ? Try getting past a single update to gold ad in this app. What a joke ! These guys are so busy trying to get you to upgrade that theyve made the app pretty much unusable. Waste of time. Dont bother until companies like this learn to play by the rules

The subscription I had stopped putting out magazines, magster then stopped letting me login. I cant access the app, even when I did I wasnt getting what I paid for. And now they are billing me for a second year for a magazine I only ever got 2 of before everything stopped.......Im now opening a dispute with my credit card because I cant even contact them!

Which copies have I completely read - no way to do. Zinio was more polished and several generations more polished and Mac like.

Show stopper that it doesnt remember where you were when you last opened the app. Starts at the front page everytime. Also selection is poor.

Crashing crashing... Froze my iPad completely. Had to do a full reboot to get out of the app. Still crashing like crazy. Loses where you are in magazine, so you have to restart it all when launching the app again... what a pain, but you get what you pay for.

I can read magazines with this app. However, it is plagued with authentication problems. It is trying to sell me Magzter Gold when I already have it. Downloading new magazines is very sluggish. You will receive an email about a new magazine issue thats out and then you go into the app, and it may be there, it may not be. If it is there, you may toggle between the main image and where you download, and it wont go until you toggle it a few times. I find myself just going through each and every magazine to get new issues. It is not a smooth process. One would think you could see easily which magazines have new issues. And program it to download them on wi fi when available. I have been using this app for quite some time. I enjoy the magazines. However hoping that someone will get their act together and actually write a realistically functional program for this seems to be a pipe dream.

Hard to unsubscribe, Even if you subscribe for a free month, it will automatically renew. I got charged on my credit card even though I tried to stop the renewal. They are making it really hard to unsubscribe so people think it will not renew. I am truly disappointed. They also refused to give me my money back.

Loads quickly and issues download quite quickly. My only quibble is it does not save your place in the issue,miso when you come back to it after a long time it can be confusing.
